 Letter in white on a black background reflecting in the water the rocks are sitting in.

I figure this is either incredibly BRILLIANT, or incredibly STUPID. But, I can't decide which. *sigh* (Although I'm sure I've figured it out by the time you're reading this. *heavy sigh* )

I'm sure IreneM would have the perfect water drop beautifully 'messing up' (but not TOO much *smile*) the reflection of the letters... But, I'm not as talented as she. I did try, though. It's much harder than it looks.


And... has anyone figured out how totally UN-Zenlike it is to stack these stupid rocks in a tower when they DON'T want to be stacked? It's crazy.

And then to make sure they're wet, yet not making them fall? It's a nightmare. And don't EVEN let me start on making sure the letters are level and equal distance and...

Zen. Not Zen at all. *heavy sigh*

I'm laughing at wanjun's comment. Where did you get the lettering? I did like the reflection but I have to say that the rocks look like they are covered in syrup :) Good for you for trying something interesting and different!

This cracked me up because the chinese characters in the background roughly translate to "Buddhist teachings are bull"

or maybe you used an online translation service and that really is what you wish to convey?

I have to say that this is very unique., the reflection is great. Not too sure about the characters. They make the shot a little too busy for a zen image and they are also a little too contrasty, 6
