 All four of my kids are away at camp this week so hubby and I took a drive to break in my new camera (Canon 50D). We passed this abandoned area along the highway. There were several old cars and signs on the building that read 'Antiques' and 'Collectibles'. What luck! Perfect for this challenge. I'm still learning my new camera, so I have no idea how this will do. It will probably bomb as usual.

Steps:
1) Crop
2) Resize
3) Adjust brightness and contrast
4) Sharpen
5) Neat Image
6) Add border

I'm torn on this one, the blown out sky and the flat shadowless light eat up a lot of the drama of the shot. The Caddy is a great find and the canted over, riding on the rim, angle of the car is nice, as is the worn out and left behind setting. If you could have only come back when the light was better, this shot would have been a ribbon contender.
