It might not have been done before, but I'm sorry, I don't find it very interesting... and it's a little tilted. |

Fits the challenge, but comes off as an average snapshot to me. Seems slightly tilted, not much eye leading composition. My eye starts toward the building, but is then stopped by the tree in front of it. Looks like you have several blobs of sensor dust as well. I have one like it that multiple sensor cleanings have not removed. Fortunately, mine is at the edge of the frame.
A wideangle shot of trash heaps might have been cool. |

While it might never have been seen on DPC, your image doesn't hold my interest. Perhaps if taken from a lower angle and keeping the focus of your image above or below the middle of the photo, or maybe brighter lighting. For me, it has a "snapshot" kind of feel. |

Very dark and nothing about the photo makes it unique. Just a snapshot sort of photo. |

The shot lacks interest, and clear subject. |

Your correct, I've not seen that dump before but as an image in a never seen on dpc challenge it doesn't really make me go WOW! |

Well, I don't recall a photo of a dump here. :) There are two large sensor dust spots that could have been cloned out of the sky to be less distracting.
I wish the subject were filling the frame a bit more to grab the viewer's attention and hold it longer.
Also, it seems a bit 'dingy'... could use some brightening, I think. (not voting) |

Too much foregroun for my taste... and maybe a stop darker could improve the sky a bit... |

Don't forget to clone the sensor dust. |
