 I asked a friend to pose for this, and he laughed, but did as I asked him. Then when walking through the grass later, he started doing flips (Kind of the opposite of zen) though those made good pictures too.

Lighting is a little drab here. Maybe a non-centered composition here would help. The horizon kind of cuts him in half. Meets the challenge well.
