I think you would have done well with this Steve.
Apart from a wee bit of cloning (floodlight & Aerial?), the only adjustment I would make would be to include a little more sky..just enough to have the roof starting about 1/3rd way down from the top of the image and take a little off the bottom until you`ve got your lower roof touching a 1/3rd from the bottom and you`ve cracked it (for me).
Look forward to seeing your submission.
Good luck.

I, too, would have scored it very high. I love these types of shots, and this one is especialy beautiful and colorful. Very classy. If this is your reject, can't wait to see the one you entered! (Although I understand about what is good and what scores high isn't always the same thing here.) |

I actually think that would have scored well. It would have probably been a 6-7 from me. |

I don't think it gets more obvious that this. :) Good colors, strong arch, and strong visual elements. I might have cloned out the street light. Then again, I might not. Keeping in mind that my opinion might change once the new challenge is posted, I see this as at least a 7. |

I bet this would have done quite nicely for the 3s challenge. Nice photo! :o) |
