*he's standing 2 meters away from the water, yes, there is a bridge behind him, and he's lit with 2 little lamplets standing at the head level on both of his sides.

Interesting expression and body language. Definitely gets your attention well. Surprisingly, the lights on the bridge? in the background are not distracting, but somewhat balance the photo. Nice shot.
