| Maybe I need my son to explain this one to me. He is a marine. But I can't see what it is except a lot of foam. My imagination suggests several things but I'm not going there. Without knowing "what" it is and just scoring the whatever it is a solid 5 technically. PTL |

| Hmm, tricky one. Taking a macro of something that is moving is always going to be tricky. The slow shutter speed needed for good DOF is going to make it blurred. Here nothing is sharp and it's not particularly close up. |

| I know this is close up, but it doesn't have any real interest to it. I also think that a faster shutter speed would give you better clarity to the water. |

it does look marine but isn't really appealing, what is the subject?
