I like the selective desat. The red and black make a great contrast. I'm also curious about what is being reflected in the window. Looks almost like a person on the left, but I can't tell.

Normally I'm not a fan of selective Desaturation, but in this photo, I think it works... I like it, well done, with good composition. 8

Love the perspective and the pastel-ish colors. The age of this building is nicely brought out with the grain.....7
