 Between Gordon's Bay and Pringle Bay (False Bay), Western Cape, South Africa.

Used a 3-stop graduated neutral density filter to hold back exposure in the sky. Taken at the 18mm end of the lens.

Converted from RAW in Lightroom. Noise reduction, "Adamus" sharpening and save for web.

Really can't explain why this didn't score higher.. you have the filter/long exposure going on, the foreground element, the dramatic weather and the majestic scene, my thought is that Vertical landscapes just aren't conducive to voters on this site

This is a gorgeous scene with good exposure but it seems tilted a lot to the right.
