 There was some sort of a party going on at one of the buildings by the Breakwater and these balloons were part of the decorations. The sky and light were perfect and I got the shot. (Takes bow!) They were taken back in March, but I think they are appropriate for today, July 4, 2009.

Well spotted and a great composition (or are you like me and crop when you get home lol). I do like the softness of the ballons and is that a hint of LB blur bottom right or just the clouds?
