 Seems like an explanation is due: The shot was taken during a friendly water fight - a traditional event held during the summer. People tend to go there wearing all sorts of extravagant stuff just to get wet in a more meaningful way.

BTW, the one with the pink boots is a he, not a she.

I gave a low vote to this image because i think the prime object is this girl at the front, in second place the other girl, and then her boots...I really like the colors of this image and the light adds something pleasing to it! I hope you don't take my comment bad, i just gave my opinion!
