 A flower that dries off and some pasta that dries off too. Something visual and something tasty, and the contrast between the directions of the two senses with time. Both of them lose freshness, but the flower loses beauty when dries, and pasta becomes more tasty when dries. A kind of thing that happens in people too :-)
