This shot was a bit of a surprise for me. I was trying to capture an appealing shot of a flying frisbee, second-curtain flash, etc. This is a crop of one shot just as I released the frisbee and my hand ended up looking like a flame as it blurred, before the frisbee motion was frozen by the flash. In fact, if you stare at it, it sort of looks like a disembodied demon hand. I thought it was a pretty cool effect, so this is my choice. Although honestly, I don't expect it to do very well in the challenge. :-)

My opinion only...two people playing catch is not a team sport either.

ultimate frisbee IS a team sport. in my neighborhood its played with about 3-5 players per team.

Just a quick note - Ultimate is a team game played with a flying disc, there are tournements over here (in the UK) and the US.

I like the white and orange against the dark background. The orage area takes several shapes if you look a while. The image doesn;'t have much other impact and is not saying much about team sports.

This didn't meet the challenge in my opinion. The actual photography is very blurry and there is no real focal area for me.

This is a good idea for this challenge. The image looks slightly pixelated, like it has a lto of noise artifcacts. I'm not sure what te red is to the left. Would maybe have liked to see the frisbee coming at me from an angle.

Nice overall composition, although the bottom left corner is slightly distracting.

This is a pretty cool photo, I wouldn't have thought of it for sure. Good job...

Whats the red blur at the bottom? makes the image difficult to understand for me, and detracts from the frisbee.
