Sopa de Gallina de No Commento
2 Tbsp butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
3 medium parsnips, peeled and sliced
1 medium leek, sliced
7 cups chicken broth
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook onions, carrots, parsnips, leek in butter, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender. Stir in broth and pasta. Heat to boiling and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot.

| What a classic. Excellent tone. Pose and gaze is great, exotropia is an added bonus. Halo along the left neck/face/ear was missed, but overall a favorite of mine in the challenge. 8 |

| Nice environmental portrait and conversion, but it looks slightly out of focus - maybe suffering from alittle camera shake. |
