Good job! I like it just the way it is. Here is my "what if we try this" idea.
The raking lines in the sand made to stand out deeper with some aggressive pressure while raking. Then titling the picture "Rounding second".
One of my highest scores.

Nice and simple idea, I like the depth of the scene. Another good idea is to add a ball and leave some space at the top. Good job...

Really great idea. Wonderful rich colours. I can tell you thought a lot about composition. My only suggestion would have been to maybe turn the plates so they look diagonal (just for the composition). But overall great pic.

I think a bit more cropping on top would help - that wedge of green is distracting. Either that, or allow more green so it feels more intentional. That might work with a lower point of view.

Same idea as so any others, to a european does little for me emotionally, quite a nice impression of size though.
