I was assisting at a photo shoot recently, and had the opportunity to observe, an operating Open Cut Coal mine. This panorama is created from 12 images. The computer certainly labored through the processing, but I'm pleased with the final result.

Bloody hell your camera is good, it makes writing!! LOL, I needed that chuckle. (thats the drugs talking)

It is very small and thin, so thin that i can hardly see any details of those monstrous trucks that mine the open pits. the sky is overall processed IMO, i really want to drag my laptop closer to me so i can see the details of those sands and boulders, the peaks I know are huge as we have open mining here. THis shot does not show just how HUGE and DEEP this type of mining is.

The blues seem really blue though,
