I have to say I prefer this one. I'm drawn straight into it. Excellent comp and tones.

I feel the sky and bg are taking the attention away from the Point in the edited version. Maybe it's because I know you've edited there, so can't help but look at it?

The Lensbaby adds a sense of isolation. Nice.

Excellent capture! Having the sweet spot on the ickle building sets this off well, leading to the distant hills and lovely sky (well, absence of it). I fisrt saw this yesterday and didn't agree with adding more contrast however tonight I have to agree it might look better with a tweak (maybe its the ambient light in the room).

I do like this a lot. Using the lensbaby for landscapes is a great idea. My first instinct is to concentrate on the small but pulling out a bit is something i'll have to try. Great shot.

reminds me of the landscape near where i live:

I agree with Germaine, the LB effect really gives this a 3d feel and sort of a motion, as if you were a bird zooming over the mountains and forest...:)

The LB effect really sucks you into this one. Maybe a little more contrast in the b&w?
