One of 3 bracketed exposures. All the geometric features beyond belong to construction and signage at a big shopping mall beyond the end of this small residential street where we were walking.

No crop or tweaks, just downsize and sharpen.

ETA: don't know why camera overexposed; the strange thing is that this was a walk to kill time before an eye examination, only this is what I might have seen afterwards, with pupils dilated.

the dog days of summer, I can feel the bright sunlight in this. You got lucky, this is perfect. Almost like you captured a memory from your own mind.

This reminds me of when I step outside during a bright day and I realize that I forgot my sunglasses :D It's bright! I imagine that a lovely bright pink glow was emanating from the woman's jacket :)

Exposure fits for a midsummer day -- brightness makes me feel like squinting just like being there. The red structure with white semicircle give an oriental feel to the destination.
