I looked at it... and looked again...
I like the colours and composition, but you have me stumped as to what this is! You may win my vote for best of... simply for holding my attention for so long!
The subtle grain/posterized effect works well too. |

| Grainularity in the white space as well as what appears to be over photoshopping to touch up the photo make this shot somewhat flat. |
