 Taken from outside the gates of the Cham Shan Temple here in Niagara Falls....I arrived too late to get inside the grounds. :-(

Shot in a tungsten white balance, processed from RAW in CaptureOne 4. In Photoshop, some shadow/highlight play and a photofilter layer, colour #BFEB13 ramped up to 90% (normal blend mode).

i like this image a lot. not only because of the band...but because of the composition, the tones. just love the image.

Wonder no longer, Spiffster...had it been more than basic, it might have been closer to this:

The greenish tone of the image does not come off well for me, I'm afraid. Looks like a thunderstorm is about to let loose. I wonder how this may have looked with a different treatment.

I really like the image and the composition works for me but, the color tint is holding this back from being a much stronger image I think.
