The things that do grow on you - the reds; the angles of the arms and how they sort of complete each other; her amused expression, and his, which though all we see is the back of his head, we can most definitely imply. The part that bothers me - the fallen logs. They seem to form a subtext of their own that doesn't contribute to the whole. Unfortunate factor of composition in this case and can't really get rid of them without having a very awkward crop. |
