Hi from the C Club

You asked for an in depth comment on your recent photograph in this challenge.

You have an excellent shot here. I like the fact that you have something other than just pink.

But that being said, there really isn't enough pink in this. The challenge description was for you to shoot primarily a pink subject. I believe that is the reason that you scored as you did and the lack of comments.

It is not exaclty the easiest subject to shoot when it could fly off at any moment though.

In post processing , some unsharp mask would have helped here as it does seem a little soft, I notice also that you have a high ISO which could explain the grain that I am seeing. The black background is taking away from this shot as well.

You have an amazing detail in the right eye of some pink being reflected. So another angle or more of the pink would have helped to score you higher

This shot definitely needs more pink. The black background seems to take away from the darker spots of the bee. I do like the pink reflection in the right eye though.
