This robin and it's mate have had 2 sets of eggs. (this being the second) The storms we had recently knocked most of the leaves off the tree, giving a clearer shot of the nest. The tree is about 3 feet from my grandparent's indoor patio window. For this shot, I stood on a char, and shot downward through the glass.
Post edditingwas just croping and desaturating everything but red and cyan

I'm hoping this will do pretty well

The desaturated green makes this image feel weird and uncomfortable. It does however make the eggs and the bird stand out a little more. Nice capture, but I'd like it better with the green back.

Hmm... the selective de-sat does help bring your focus to the bird and the nest, and the brown is a more natural de-sat color, but it makes it look like fall instead of spring, which is weird with the eggs.

stunning blue eggs, and fun to 'find' the parent bird, too... I like this interpretation!
