what an amazing capture. I remember when I tried to take something like that at the same place but around this spot somewhere and the police stopped me and I was about to take the rest of the night in jail, its good it didn't happen :)

can't see any thirds here. All the lines point to the middle of the photo, not on an intersection of the thirds. Am I too rigid?

Interesting tower and good job with the long exposure. The light lines draw me right into the center of the picture.
