Taken in afternoon in garden. Natural light was used. Only basic editing was done. Used grid in photoshop to guide cropping of thirds.

Hi from the Critique Club,

You asked for your shot to have an in depth comment from a member of the Critique Club.

There is not a lot to say about this shot, it is a really nice one.

The border is definitely taking away from the shot though as this is brighter than anything else in the shot. You have lovely details in the flower and the bokeh is very creamy and buttery making a warm glow.

There is nothing wrong with this shot at all and I can see it hanging in a nursery!
