Cool blue shot here!
my 1st impressions is that it out of focus, my eye is searching for the focal point. I am not sure if the bubbles where moving or static, but try to focus on just one bubble next time.
Your shot is coming across as a little flat, play around with the brightness and contrast in your post procession to give it some depth. Also in selective colours play with the neutrals, you will be surprised at what a difference that could make.

| I wish your color tones were even..the bottom of the picture appears to be over exposed while the top of the picture is underexposed and the center is in sharp focus...you got a good thing going here just need some more perfection |
