| The white streaks in the background don't really detract, I just know they are there. This looks like an air plant. What ever it is georgeous. I love the use of the shadow, adds great depth . Would have liked to see the tips of the three that go to the edge and a little less empty on the far side. But still a solid 8. PTL |

| Great leaf and color. Focus is good which seems to be lacking in most shots this week. I feel as if the shadow is just a bit too strong though. Good overall shot. DPz |

The background is not in balance with the subject. A bit disturbing. Takes away the power of an excellent focus on the leaf and the great shadows.
Somehow this reminds me of fireworks. :-) |
