Hi from the Critique Club,

You asked for your shot to have an in depth comment from a member of the Critique Club.

Very nice shot!!!!

There is not a lot here that can be improved on, it really is a lovely shot. Reading your notes I see that you ran out of time. That is a shame as I would love to see what you could have done with this shot with more time. Allow more time!!!!!!!!

I would also love to see this show without the girls in it, that would have been a dramatic shot as well. Even though you didn't do any post processing, it does look good.

It just goes to show you that you don't need to post process to have an amazing shot. well done

Thank you all for the votes and messages. I had another idea for rule of the thirds ... while cycling around the lake of Zug in Switzerland (//www.trailguru.com/wiki/index.php/Track:8Z0M) ... I saw a road sign which was showing forbidden for cars, motorbikes ... it was splited in three and behind was a superb sunset ... I went home grab my camera and wanted to shoot that sign using rule of the thirds and showing the rule of the thirds :) ... but my daughter stopped me on the way ... then I realized I will arive too late there ... so I took a photo of these three girls watching the lake from a bench ... probably would have been more nicer with some basic editig, but I had no time ... maybe next time
