 Open in ACR, duplicate layer, high pass filter in overlay mode, quick select bee , (levels, hue/saturation bump) usm and flatten. New dupe layer, reselect/inverse, partial desat yellow and green channels, clone out 2 specs of pollen on right-most leaf, flatten, usm, resize and save for web.

The desat I think could work but a couple of leaves at the back are half grey/half green and appear to be an oversight rather than intentional.
