| Focus is good, but the subject is rather dull, and the lack of colour doesn't help. Interesting composition. |

| For this macro challenge, I'd have tried to zoom in a little tighter so that the main gourd almost completely fills the frame to emphasize the close-up effect. That would also show the detail in the two flaws better. |

| How can I say this nicely? Seriously? Too boring. Bad crop. Too crowded. Is sharp and and clear but that's about all it has going for it. Sorry 3. PTL |

| No real colour to catch the eye so the picture has to rely on texture. I think it suffers from being front lit - cross lighting would have brought out more relief. Framing on the lhs is a little off as well - I think it would have been better either to give it some space or close in tight like the rhs. |
