 I definitely had a polarizer on for this shot, but the water really is brilliant on its own.

Photoshop
Cloned out some rocks from the cliff I was standing on that were protruding into the shot.
Topaz Denoise on the sky and crater separately to have a smoother sky, but keep the detail of the crater.
Topaz Adjust for some adaptive exposure.
Topaz Detail on the lake.
Brightness/Contrast adjustments
Boosted saturation on yellows, greens, and reds.
In effect I dodged a bit of water left of the island without using the dodge tool. I tried out creating a new layer and messing with the occupancy on color dodge mode.
Resize
Smart sharpen and some selective sharpening on the outer of the crater.
Save for web
