Nice shot and very well controlled use of your camera in lighting this.
The shot is a little green/yellow. In post processing, tone down these or in camera use your WB to help you. The crop at the bottom is tight and could use more space or you get up on a higher plane to take this shot. Your leaf covered bridge is tilted and throws the whole shot off as well, not a lot can be done about this though but it is something to see next time you look through the viewfinder.
Your shot is sharp and clean, you did well with this shot as nightscapes are difficult! |

I'm off sick today, so I am at least making use of the time to get this challenge voted and commented on. Hope I am not making anyone sick by coughing up on their entries.
A good enough nighttime cityscape, but not really doing much for me. the yellows look kind of greensish, and perhaps that is dulling the visual impact for me. |

| I've been there! But I didn't know it was going to be lit up at night I would've come back! great colors. Crop on bottom is a little tight. |

I shall be rating this challenge by the following criteria:
1 - Not HDR in my opinion
3 - HDR is way over-done, in my opinion
5 - A reasonable use of HDR, but not a very engaging photo, in my opinion
7 - A reasonable use of HDR, and an engaging photo, in my opinion
10 - A fantastic use of HDR, and an out of this world photo, in my opinion
