 I hope it is obvious to the viewers how hard it is to balance the light in this situation under the trees in the evening. Not expecting a ribbon, the scenery is probably not interesting enough and the chosen lens doesn't help, too. An icelandic landscape taken with ultra wide-angle will win :)

I know the light angle is low and warm... late in the day. I might have worked with the color temp some.... to the cooler side. Good job of enhancing detail in the shadows.

The center walkway isn't perpendicular to the camera giving the composition an asymmetrical feel when the composition begs for symmetry. I like the location. Brights seem too bright. Good luck in the challenge.

pretty, but I wouldn't really put it into an HDR competition. Love the slightly blurry textures and muted tones. 5/10

I shall be rating this challenge by the following criteria:

1 - Not HDR in my opinion

3 - HDR is way over-done, in my opinion

5 - A reasonable use of HDR, but not a very engaging photo, in my opinion

7 - A reasonable use of HDR, and an engaging photo, in my opinion

10 - A fantastic use of HDR, and an out of this world photo, in my opinion
