I like the top of this shot. The sky and the leaves are looking great there. I'm not a fan of the perspective though. The floor and this left part of the shot with this weak light and saturation are not helpin there. But the HDR theme looks just fine for me there. With more saturation, more bright and a different perspective this would be really nice for me. |

Good job of enhancing details in the shadows. The power transmission tower and lines is a major distraction. |

I like the juxtaposition of the pylon against the pretty archway. Sadly the sky is not working so well |

Nice scenery, but lacks in post processing for HDR. |

Too bad about the power tower in the background. I think you could have cloned that out under advanced rules and it would have been ok. Maybe a view with more of the bridge in it might have been nice to see. |

I shall be rating this challenge by the following criteria:
1 - Not HDR in my opinion
3 - HDR is way over-done, in my opinion
5 - A reasonable use of HDR, but not a very engaging photo, in my opinion
7 - A reasonable use of HDR, and an engaging photo, in my opinion
10 - A fantastic use of HDR, and an out of this world photo, in my opinion

You can clone out the electricity pole in advanced editing. I think it would be better for the composition. Also some more contrast might help. |
