| The "9" seems like an after thought on this, as in my attention is drawn straight to the house and right past the chairs. I guess you could say the background is just too busy as a background, but awesome as a subject. |

| The building looks like it presents a lot of photographic opportunities beyond this challenge. I suppose the brisk wind expalins why the seats were empty. The grouping of chairs makes the two on the right seem disconnected from the others, but I'm not sure whether a change in positon or just moving the chairs closer in would work any better. |

The house and flag in the background seem to overshadow the 9 chairs. A shallower focus or higher angle on the chairs (shooting more down at them from a step ladder maybe) might have helped isolate them more.
As it is now my eye is always drawn to the flag and the main subjects are an afterthought. |
