| I saw this shot after watching an episode of Family Plots. :) Great choice of black and white. I'd like to see more of the hourglass. It's kind of blending into the lid. This shot has some great stock potential. 7 |

| Nice concept, but I would have put more emphasis on the hourglass by not cropping it out so much. Good job on lighting your shot. |

I'm almost scared to ask how you got that shot ;)
I really like the idea, DOF, and contrasts. The b&w gives a very dramatic and somber feel to the photo. One of the better ones I've seen thus far.... 8 |

| The high level of contrast doesn't work well with the distracting nature of the elements in the photo. It ends up being really hard to figure out what is going on. |

I also put an hour glass in my submission - True to the challenge headline of waiting. I also felt that it showed the process of time in keeping with the challenge. Not many have done that. Well done, I like the theme of yours as well.
8/10 reduced from a 9/10 because of the dark patch in front, I feel it takes away from your composition and distracts the eye. |
