 Runner during the Dam tot Damloop 2009, 10 English miles from Amsterdam to Zaandam. Focus was on the background. No special editing. I like the contrasting colors.

The outstanding visual characteristic of this shot, which is supported by your title, appears to be motion blur, not focus blur.
