 Long time no see DPC!

This fisherman wandered into my experiment, but I liked the results. Thought it would work for this challenge. I'm amazed you can tell what he is at all after 5 seconds. lol

Simple editing. Raw conversion, hue and sat, cloned out the awful amount of sensor dust I have picked up, rotate, crop, resize, add border. That's it.

Originally submitted the full color, but I liked this partially desaturated version better.

so little here not sure if focus even matters. wish lights and darks were a little better treated. But a good entry non-the-less. 7

Awesome capture! Love how clean this composition is. I also love the "flat" lighting, this one definately doesn't need to be over saturated, curve adjusted to the max....it works perfectly as is. 10 stars.

Seems more soft focus than out of focus, but I think it fits. Looks like a quiet, enjoyable morning.

This is just such a beautiful shot but it doesn't really strike me as being 'missed focus'.

It may be a downside of SFW...but the fisherman looks like he is in focus and as far as I can tell...he is the main subject. I love the treatment of the water though.
