 I'm really not trying to get the brown, I just don't have any friends or family that wanted to do hugs and kisses for the camera

9/23/09 well this is sucking like I thought it would. I'm learning about lighting and setting up shots this is a example of bad lighting.

I think something without the 'Kiss' might have done much better. But I see, you're trying to get both 'Hug' and 'Kiss' in the photo. The details did say 'and/or' though...
