 for the september macro side challenge

focus stacked two photographs of the flies and overlayed spider's web from the firetrail in soft light blending mode 15% ..
used nik software/color efex detail styylizer for the trippy look which i masked off in different areas ..
bit'v lucis/whyeth and a curves adjustment layer ..
created the border by drawing a selection with the lasso tool .. copy and pasted the selection and did a drop shadow and inner shadow on it ..

for pat Patio127 .. sometimes i'll have a look in mind that i want to achieve but a lot of the time i dont .. then i'll try different things and go for wot appeals to me ..
