 Trying some creative work with effects and layers to deal with a washed out, backlit shot that I still liked.

PSP Picture Frame? Works for me. This is actually a lovely photo with a nice comp overall - leaning left by .00001 degrees however on the skyline. :-P

Like the symmetry created by the reflection. The sepia treatment really gives it a historical feel.
