 What better than a Morning Glory vine to show off natural twistiness? And the flower bud adds a bit more subtle twist of its own. Possibly not a mass appeal sort of shot but I love the richness of the colors, the bokeh, and the overall composition. Even OK with the blurry foreground, which I don't usually like.

Had the 20mm extension tube on.

Please excuse the punny title; I am unable to resist that with my Morning Glory shots!

PP - rotated a bit, cropped, white balance, increased saturation and contrast, resized, sharpened, added border

Deeper DOF would also be OK, as everything in this vine is twisted :) Nice effect, very DMC.

I like the in focus spirals of the plant, as well as the out of focus part of the bud.

This is beautiful. Wonderful DOF, color and border. I go back and forth on wether or not theres too much empty space on the left, I think there's a tad too much for my tastes but I'm not sure...Sorry. that wasn't helpful at all. :P

Oh how I'd liked to have that whole plant in focus. It looks as though the flower itself has a nice twist if only I could see it.
