 LR preset then Silver Efex for conversion to B&W.

I love Silver Efex, I use it for all my B&W stuff.

This is a really strange capture. I can't tell whether the bench is slanting towards the ground, or towards the camera, or some other direction that I haven't thought of. I love the fact that he's lying below a "Tourist Information" sign, what a perfect example of what the tourist information folk WON'T want the tourists to see!
