I would choose this one as a winner what a great shot. |

nice use of shallow dof. being a golfer, maybe i'm a bit biased - but i like it. |

better i think without the distracting dark shape in the left-hand corner. |

If the golfer were a bit more in focus...or at least not so blended into the other dark background elements, I might consider this the winner. Good job, either way. |

Cool idea. I wish the golfer was a little more focused, he or she is sort of lost right now. |

seems like the golfer is too far away from the ball. Is that golfer in the background the one who's gonna hit the ball? Oh wait. Maybe the golfer in the background is taking some practice swings. I like how the ball is so balanced on the tee, it just looks like it's waiting to be hit. Nice subject matter! |

darn, I really envy you for the lens you were using here. this shallow DOF is amazing. I wonder whether having a full silhouette of the golfer in the background wouldn't have made this even better. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great as it is.
Good luck! |

Nice idea. I also like the composition very much. Maybe you could have made the background less blurry, to make the feeling of anticipation for the swing stronger. 8 |
