In the context of this macro challenge I think too much of the frame devoted to the larger landscape. If it were re-framed or cropped so the top of the dog's ears hit the top of the frame, it would create more of a sense that you're seeing what the dog is seeing, and offer a better look at that beautiful fur.. |

Ths sure is getting up close and personal with the cat. Love this cat's eye view of the field. Is the mouse at the edge of the yard in front of the bush on the right side? Or is that a rabbit? Hope he catches it. Gotta give an 8 for this one. PTL |

Very cute, but what is he hunting? Shadows? I guess that's something my dog or cat would do. |

I don't see this being a macro. The thing I do see is the thumb or finger at the bottom of the pic. That, I would imagine, is getting mentioned by anyone looking at the pic closely enough. Taking the pic while in the shadows is not a good idea, IMO. Good luck - Inspzil |

I like the idea, but it could be improved upon. The shadows are distracting and the white object in the lower corner is too. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you stole my cat:). |

Too much in the picture to be a macro, in my opinion. A real tight closeup of the cat's face would have been nice. |
