 A Gypsy couple searching for personal or usuable stuff in the middle of the garbage heaps of their demolished gypsy village...

There used to be the biggest gypsy community village underneath a big urban highway bridge. What you can see on the photo are the remnants of that "city" and the huge piles of rubble that used to be the carton homes to many thousands of Roma...
The government provided appartments to most of the gypsies somewhere in the suburbs or outside of Belgrade, which of course destroys their social and cultural structures and life style.
