Cute pose. I'm a little weirded out by the difference in the eyes; I'd burn the lighter pupil to get it closer to the darkness in the other eye.

She is lovely and the convertion to b&w is nice. The only thing is the light, seems a bit harsh, creating some strong shadows behind her, but still a nice capture!
