 Closeup of a compact florescent light bulb shot at night in a dark room. The bulb was lit with 100% artificial light. Exposure was about 3 seconds in order to light up the compact florescent bulb with a flashlight. I placed a blue light stick in the middle of the bulb to light the interior.

Great twist on the customary "CFL bulb" shot (pun intended)
I think I would try using a deeper DoF to pull the rear twists into focus.
