| I should let anyone who see's this know, this had no window or dirt associated with it. Some condensation. I got this effect with a really fast shutter and the built in flash on my D200. I as also literally spinning, it created the neat motion-y affect. |

| Love the colors in the foreground. The top half of the shot with the water and wave not being distinct is hurting this one. |

The colors are great.
I just don't like the blur the window is causing at the top. I think I would crop down to just include a bit of the blue. |
