This is really interesting (and slightly odd). I'm guessing this is some sort of art structure on the front of the building.
The close up and upward angle you have used here is really good for this, it separates the statue from the building in a way that it looks like it is floating in front (which is what I initially thought when I saw it). |

| Uhhhh Yeah! That is one cool statue and a really nice photo of it! Like the desat on everything cept the greens. Really interesting. |
